![]() (2) There is a significant contribution from the principle superivisory on the teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Blahbatuh with out contribution of 25.6%, effective contribution (SE) of 11%, and partial determination of 10.3%. The results shows that (1) there is a significant contribution from the principle managerial ability toward the teacher performance in SMA 1 Blahbatuh with contribution of 33%, effective contribution (SE) 17%, and partial determination of 15.5%. ![]() Data were analyzed by using simple regression, multiple and partial correlation analysis. Data was collected by using a questionnaire for the principal managerial ability variable, principle supervisory, and teachers' perceptions on their performance by using Likert scale models. ![]() This research includes the ex-post facto research with correlational approach by populations were 68 respondents. This research is to know and analyze: (1) the principal managerial contribution to teacher's performance, (2) the principal supervision contribution to the teacher's performance, (3) contribution of teachers' perceptions to teacher's performance, (4) contribution of principal managerial, principal supervisory and teacher's perceptions simultaneusly on the teacher's performance in SMA 1 Blahbatuh.
